BArch (Hons) MArch PGDip RIBA ARB

Minesh studied architecture at the University of Nottingham where he completed his Parts I, II and III.

He previously worked for Glenn Howells Architects in Birmingham for five years, helping to deliver a variety of high-profile arts, education, residential and office projects in the UK including a new 1,700 home island neighborhood in East London for developer Ballymore and the ‘Paradise’ masterplan for developer Argent, in the civic core of Birmingham City Centre.

Most recently he worked for the RIBA Royal Gold Medal winning practice O’Donnell and Tuomey architects in Ireland where he was Project Architect on the UCC Student Hub project. The new student centre involved the sensitive restoration and extension of a historic building at the heart of the University College Cork campus and has been nominated for an EU Mies award.

Upon returning from Ireland, he set-up his practice, Minesh Patel Architects with the intention of making thoughtful, highly crafted projects with a focus on social purpose.
