We offer a free initial consultation to help you get started with your project. We can discuss design, potential planning issues, cost and timescales.

Once you are happy with your plans, we’ll submit them to the council. For planning permission and building regulations - we’ll fill in all the forms and act as your agent throughout the process, dealing with any council queries.

We can provide provide internal and external visuals of your project to help you visualise the design.

We can prepare and submit a detailed set of drawings for building control approval and for the builde.

If building near a public sewer, we can assist with obtaining a build-over agreement from your water supplier.

We offer fixed fees on most projects

We can introduce you to a range of trusted consultants and contractors that we work with regularly including structural engineers, surveyors and builders.

Before starting the practice, our Director Minesh Patel spent over 8 years working on award winning and high-profile commercial and public projects whilst at Howells Architects and O’Donnell and Tuomey Architects in Ireland

We’ve invested in the latest technology so we can visualise and communicate our ideas to our clients better. It also minimises errors and increases our efficiency.
