Leamington Student Housing, Leamington Spa

Whilst at Howells, Minesh was fortunate to work on a range of projects including the the Leamington Student Housing project.

The project is the redevelopment of a former BT storage facility into student housing. A key aim was to integrate the student housing with the surrounding area by connecting to the canal towpath.

The project is made up of two four-storey buildings with communal areas at ground floor and 8-bedroom clusters above.
