London City Island, London

Whilst at Howells, Minesh worked on London City Island located on the River Lea in east Lodon.

The project consists of ten brightly coloured residential buildings along with a new home for the English National Ballet, offices, retail space and leisure facilities.

The aim was to create a unique destination with its own culture and character
