A bespoke single storey rear extension, side extension and internal alterations to a detached home in Solihull. The clients were looking to reconfigure their existing space to create an open plan kitchen with new mono-pitched rooflights. The rear extension contained a library/office space providing dedicated workspace for homeworking. It also provided room for a double height dining space which overlooked the garden - greatly increasing the feeling of space and allowing in light from clerestory windows above.
